The computerized single needle quilting machines PikoMat are our answer for rapidly changing demand of contemporary textile market - requesting machines of europian quality in the lowest price.

From the very beginning the project PikoMat had been created as a solid, but economical alternative to extremely expensive quilting machines of europian brands - even to our reconditioned multineedle quilting machines or second-hand ones as well.

By dint of moving our production to China we received in effect an europian computerized quilting machine meeting all the most important conditions as inter alia:
- the price of brand new machine on the level of 20-25 years old, used quilting machines manufactured in Europe,
- the durable europian construction warranting long-term stability and continuity of exploitation ( production ),
- fulfillment of europian standards related to designing and usage of quilting machines ( CE certificate )
The quilting machines are manufactured on request - according to a detailed Buyer's needs.

In our basic offer we have single head models ( SN-8 and SN-6 ) and double head ones ( SN-6-2 ).

The most popular is SN-8 - because of its good technical parameters and low machine's dimmensions.

There is available as well the older model SN-3.

AVAILABLE MODELS:

The offered models differ in machines' dimmensions and in maximal quilting areas.

Model SN - 8 - machine with stationary frame. The sewing head moves left and right ( X axe ) on the bridge, whilest the brigde moves along the Y axe ( front / back direction ). The SN-8 model is the most developed and popular construction using servo motors for movement control and securing the lowest machine's dimmensions ( 3,6 x 3,9m only ).
Model SN - 6-2 - the double head machine. The sewing heads move along the bridge ( by X axe ) whilest the frame goes by Y axe ( front / back ). servomotors are used for movement control. Applying of 2 sewing heads increases the machine's efficiency a lot.
Model SN - 6 - the sewing head moves left and right ( X axe ) on the bridge, whilest the brigde moves along the Y axe ( front / back direction ). Servomotors are used for movement control.

Model SN - 3 - machines with stationary sewing head. The frame moves by X axe ( left / right direction ) whilest the bridge moves along the Y axe ( front / back ). The economical solution making the lowest price, however giving the relatively big machine's dimensions ( 3,4 x 5,5m ) and the smallest quilting area ( 2,4 x 2,6m ). the movement control is based on stepping motors.

The delivery conditions:

The machines are manufactured on request - according to particular client's wish.

The delivery time is 2,5 - 3 months from the order ( prepayment ) - where up to 30 days takes the machine's manufacturing and 6-7 weeks the container shipment to the chosen main sea port.

The payment conditions: 50% by ordering and the balance after machine's manufacturing - before it leaves the manufacturer's factory in China.
